WUMFA Follow-Up

This past weekend WUMFA hosted their 2015 Annual Convention in Green Bay WI. Turnout was excellent, up 50% from the year before, and it was a pleasure to meet so many florists from Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

FloristWare hosted a Beyond Cost Plus session on advanced pricing strategies can be used to increase both sales and profits when quoting weddings and events. The session went very well, and was the start of several pricing-related conversations throughout the weekend.

The next BCP sessions take place the weekend after Easter, at the Maine State Florists Association Spring Conference. This time there will be two sessions, one on pricing weddings and events and a second on pricing standard products.
